These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fogyo mobile application (“App”), operated by ZNiTech Kft.

By using Fogyo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About Fogyo

Fogyo is a lifestyle app designed to help users track eating habits using a percentage-based method. Fogyo does not provide medical or nutritional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by law) to use Fogyo.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Subscription Model

Fogyo is a subscription-based app offering weekly and yearly plans.

4.2 Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store and automatically renew unless canceled.

4.3 Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled. Only one trial may be available per user.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. AI Features

Fogyo uses AI to analyze food photos and text. Results are estimates and may be inaccurate.

7. Health Disclaimer

Fogyo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health decisions.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in Fogyo is owned by or licensed to ZNiTech Kft. You may not copy or distribute it without permission.

10. Termination

You may stop using Fogyo at any time. We may suspend access if these Terms are violated.

11. Limitation of Liability

Fogyo is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and applicable EU law.
